REGOLAMENTO DEL CONSIGLIO SCIENTIFICO

Art. 1 Il consiglio scientifico (C.S.) è costituito da un massimo di 30 membri effettivi. Questi sono nominati dal Presidente del P.d.M. ed iscritti alle rispettive sezioni. La nomina avviene per cooptazione nella seduta successiva a quella nella quale è proposta la candidatura e dovrà essere ratificata dal consiglio di presidenza. Ogni proposta di nuovo membro dovrà essere presentata da un membro del C.S. e accompagnata da un curriculum “scientifico” del candidato, che verrà esaminato e valutato.

Art. 2 Al compimento dei 70 anni i membri effettivi diventano membri d’onore. I membri d’onore non hanno limite di numero, non hanno l’obbligo di presenza né di votazione. Essi possono essere chiamati, all’unanimità del C.S. a reggere la Presidenza, nonché a partecipare alle commissioni di cui al successivo art. 6.

Art. 3 Gli assenti da una seduta hanno la possibilità d’inviare note o memorie sugli argomenti trattati in loro assenza. Tali istanze verranno lette nel corso della seduta, a cura del segretario del C.S. L’eventuale assenza ingiustificata alle riunioni per tre volte consecutive comporta la decadenza della carica di consigliere scientifico.

Art. 4 Le cariche del C.S. sono: il presidente, il vice presidente, il segretario. Queste cariche sono triennali. L’elezione a queste cariche avviene all’interno del C.S. a maggioranza semplice e a votazione segreta. Per le modalità non previste dal presente Regolamento valgono quelle previste dal regolamento dell’Istituto Di Ricerche per il consiglio di Presidenza.

Art. 5 Decadenza da consigliere per:

  1. Dimissioni dall’Istituto o non più appartenenza allo stesso per qualsiasi motivo;
  2. Dimissioni dal C.S. stesso;
  3. Assenze ingiustificate (vedi art. 3, ultimo comma).

Art. 6 Compiti del C.S. sono: individuare e promuovere gli indirizzi culturali di base per le attività scientifiche dell’Istituto e del l Consiglio di Presidenza; scegliere tra i propri membri cinque componenti del Comitato di redazione delle News, ogni tre anni; Istituire e discutere le indagini di merito che saranno affidate a commissioni da nominare volta per volta e inviate con parere motivato al Consiglio di Presidenza; Nominare commissioni di studio o per risolvere problemi particolari.

Art. 7 Le norme del presente Regolamento possono essere soggette a revisione qualora lo si ritenga necessario per migliorare l’adempimento dei propri compiti istituzionali con provvedimento presidenziale.

REGULATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL
Art. 1 the Scientific Council (C.S.) consists of a maximum of 30 members. These are appointed by the President and members of P.d.M in their respective sections. The appointment is for co-option into the next session in which it is proposed the candidacy and must be ratified by the Presidency Council. Every proposal for a new Member shall be presented by a member of the C.S. and accompanied by a “scientific” curriculum of the candidate, who will be examined and evaluated.
Art. 2 at the age of 70 years, the members become members of honor. Honorary members do not have number limit, do not have the requirement of presence or voting. They may be called, by unanimity of the C.S. in hold the Presidency as well as to participate in commissions referred to in art. 6.
Art. 3 absent from a session can send notes or recollections about the topics covered in their absence. These instances are read during the session, prepared by the Secretary of the C.S. Any absence without leave to meetings for three consecutive times entails the forfeiture of Office of scientific adviser.
Art. 4 the C.S. charges are: President, vice President, Secretary. These positions are three years. The election for these positions takes place inside the C.S. by simple majority and secret vote. For ways not provided for in this regulation are those laid down in regulation of the Institute of research for the Presidency Council.
Art. 5 Decline as an advisor for:
Resignation from the institution or is no longer the same membership for any reason;
Resignation from C.S.;
Truancy (see art. 3, last paragraph).
Art. 6 duties of C.S. are: identify and promote cultural base addresses for the scientific activities of the Institute and of the Presidency Council; Choose from among their members five components of the Editorial Board of the News, every three years; Establish and discuss substantive investigations which will be entrusted to commissions from time to time appoint and sent with the reasoned opinion, the Presidency Council; Appoint boards of study or to solve particular problems.
Art. 7 the provisions of this Regulation may be subject to revision if it is deemed necessary to improve the performance of its institutional duties with presidential decree.
